Yash Soni, who recently returned from the US, is always the last to know about his Navratri plans. The actor, known for his roles in various films, admits to being bad with managing his holiday activities. He typically relies on his friends to decide where they will play garba, as he is often left out of the loop until the last minute. Despite this, Yash enjoys joining his longstanding group of friends for Navratri celebrations, reminiscing about their past adventures exploring different garba venues.

Growing up, Yash was not fond of garba and found the dance style challenging. However, his perspective changed when he had to learn garba for a film project, which he found to be a difficult yet rewarding experience. Since then, he has developed a newfound love for garba dancing and eagerly awaits the chance to dance to new garba songs during this year's festivities.

Yash, who is excited about dancing to popular garba songs like "Umbra Vaali" and "Chaniyacholi," does not let his work commitments hinder his festive spirit. He prefers not to compromise on his work even if it means having to accommodate night shoots during Navratri.Filming is a highly satisfying experience for me, even if I only get to do a half-hour of garba. Unfortunately, I always have to stick to a diet during Navratri. Before I started acting, Manek Chowk was our favorite spot after garba nights. Now, I bring my own food and stick to my diet plans. This year, I am trying out dhoti pants for the first time and finding them very comfortable. I prefer this look over tight churidars when doing garba.
